Link Drop End User Licence Agreement Version 1.0, 29 September 2026 This agreement is between you and Alvaro Corredor Lezcano, trading as 21 Pics Studio, Melbourne, Australia (ABN 25 909 832 670), "we" or "us". It covers the Link Drop plugin for DaVinci Resolve, its installer and updates ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not install it. 1. What you get We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on up to two (2) computers that you own or control. It is for one person. A company or team needs one licence per person who uses it. 2. Your responsibility for what you import The Software brings media from a link you give it into your DaVinci Resolve project. It does not give you any right to that media. You are solely responsible for making sure you own, have licensed, or are otherwise allowed to download and use everything you import with it, for example your own videos, your clients' media with their permission, royalty-free or Creative Commons material under its terms, or references for private study where the law allows. Many websites do not allow downloading in their terms of service; you are responsible for following the terms of the sites you use. Do not use the Software to infringe copyright or any other right. 3. What you cannot do - Share, resell, rent or publish the Software or any licence you received for it. - Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Software, except where the law lets you regardless of this agreement. This does not limit your rights under the open source licences of the bundled third party tools. - Use the Software to break the law or the rights of others. 4. Third party tools The Software bundles third party open source tools that are not ours: yt-dlp (public domain, Unlicense) and FFmpeg (GNU Lesser General Public License version 3, an LGPL build). They keep their own licences, listed with their source locations in the Third Party Licences file. You may use, replace or update them under those licences. 5. Requirements, updates and support The Software runs on Windows 10/11 or macOS with DaVinci Resolve Studio 20 or newer. Websites change often, and downloads from a given site may stop working until the downloader is updated; the Software includes an update button for that. We are not obliged to keep any particular website working, or to provide updates or support, though we intend to. Support is by email at 21picssss@gmail.com. 6. Your data The Software connects only to the links you give it and to the update source of its downloader. It does not send us your links, your files or your projects. 7. Warranty and liability The Software is provided "as is". We do not promise it is free of bugs, that any website will keep working with it, or that it fits your particular workflow. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost time, any claim arising from media you chose to download, or any indirect loss arising from the Software, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in this agreement removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any consumer law that applies to you and cannot be excluded. 8. Ending the licence This licence ends if you break it. When it ends you must stop using and delete the Software. Sections 2, 3, 7 and 9 survive. 9. General This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any part is found invalid the rest still applies. This is the whole agreement about the Software and replaces anything said before it. We may update these terms for future versions; the version you accepted applies to the version you installed.
