# Caption 21 Refund Policy

## 7 day refund window

If Caption 21 is not for you, email 21picssss@gmail.com **within 7 days of purchase** with the email address you bought with and we will refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason, though telling us what did not work helps us improve it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

## What happens after a refund

Your licence key is disabled and the plugin stops working on your computers. Please uninstall it.

## After 7 days

We cannot refund a purchase after the 7 day window, except where the law requires it.

## Before you buy

Caption 21 needs Windows 10 or 11 and DaVinci Resolve 20 or newer (Free or Studio). Please check the requirements and watch the demo on the product page before buying. Running it on macOS or on older versions of Resolve is not supported and is not a reason for a refund outside the 7 day window.

## Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please email us first. A refund takes one email; a chargeback takes weeks and gets the same result.

## Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any consumer law that applies to you and cannot be excluded.
